Mark was born and raised in Coquitlam, B.C. and currently lives in Port Coquitlam with his wife, Val and their family. As a resident of the Tri-Cities for most of his life, Mark has an extensive knowledge of and an appreciation for the Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam and Port Moody areas and offers over 25 years experience in the housing industry.
Mark received his license to sell real estate in 2002. Prior to entering the real estate industry Mark worked for 20 years in the construction industry. The knowledge he acquired in those 20 years has been a huge asset in assisting clients with their purchase or sale of real estate. The knowledge that Mark brings to the table has resulted in a high level of trust and satisfaction from his clients, and respect from his fellow realtors. Mark is a firm believer in continuing education, training and developing ways to better serve his clients. He has taken the time to increase his knowledge in the industry by continually taking courses, which have included negotiation courses offered at the Justice Institute which have allowed Mark to learn the skills necessary to negotiate effectively for his clients.
Mark's promise to his clients is to supply them with conscientious, professional, and knowledgeable service. It is important to him to keep clients well informed about the real estate market in Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam and Port Moody. In doing so, he reduces the stress involved when buying or selling real estate.
Valerie received her license to sell real estate in June of 2004. Since then she has been attending programs offered by the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver which continually upgrade her knowledge such as Condo 101 Strata Property Law, New Real Estate Services Act and Legal Update. The real estate industry is an industry which is changing continually and Valerie feels keeping up-to-date is necessary in order to give her clients top-of-the-line service.
Prior to entering the field of real estate, Valerie spent the 15 years in the health industry as a Registered Nurse and her caring attitude transfers to her clients. She believes that the basis for achieving success in real estate is to fully understand the individual needs of each client.
