We had a positive experience buying and selling with Mark and Valerie Brennan as our realtors. We had three realtors advise us of a list price for our condo. The Brennans suggested a list price that was $10,000 over the other realtors' recommended price. We were enriched with a sale one week after listing, which was within $5,000 of the asking price. The excitement of the sale followed with a greater down payment for our upgrade condo and the need to view new properties quickly. We felt so important to our realtors. Visits to potential condos were arranged promptly. Each meeting with the Brennans was a pleasure. We enjoyed their calm and professional care. Their skilled negotiation helped secure benefits and price for our swanky new condo that we couldn't achieve on our own.
