Valerie received her license to sell real estate in June of 2004. Since then she has been attending programs offered by the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver, courses which continually upgrade her knowledge, such as Condo 101 Strata Property Law, New Real Estate Services Act and Legal Update 2005-2006. The real estate industry is an industry which is changing continually and keeping up-to-date is necessary so that Valerie can give her clients top-of-the-line service.

 

Prior to entering the field of real estate, Valerie spent the past 15 years in the health industry as a Registered Nurse and her caring attitude transfers to her clients. She believes that the basis for achieving success in real estate is to fully understand the needs of each client.
